Details
With release 2017-5.0, 2-step verification is enabled and is now mandatory for Share Safe.
With 2-step verification, the client receives two emails from you. The first email notifies the recipient that the files have been shared, and lists them by name. The second email contains instructions to download the files, including a unique URL from which the files can be downloaded.
Upon sending a file, you will be prompted to provide a phone number that the client can use to receive their one-time verification code needed to download the file.
You can select to receive an email notification once the client's download of the file has completed. You can access this and other options by clicking Send a File Options on the CCH Axcess ribbon in Microsoft® Outlook®.
