Procedure
The video below shows how to log in an SSO application using 2-Step Verification.
- At the login window, enter your login credentials and the text CAPTCHA.
- Click Login.
- Select an option to receive the 2-Step Verification Code.
- Email
- Your business email in your staff profile
- Text message to
- Your phone numbers in your staff profile
- Select the number you want to have a text message sent to if multiple numbers are listed
- Voice message to
- Your phone numbers in your staff profile
- Select the number you want to have a voice message delivered to if multiple numbers are listed
- Email
- Click Send the Code.
- The code will expire in 5 minutes.
- After receiving the code, enter it in the Enter the Code box.
- Clear the Remember this Device check box if you are on a public or shared computer.
- Click Submit.
