Objectives

To log into the support.cch.com support site using 2-Step Verification (Multi-factor Authentication or MFA).

Procedure

  1. Open the Customer Support Site at Support.cch.com.
  2. Click Log In located in the upper left corner of the screen.
  3. On the Log In dialog, enter your appropriate Email Address and Password.
  4. Click Log In.
  5. On the Verify Your Identity, select the appropriate option (Email to, Text message to, or Voice message to).
  6. Click Send the code.
    • Note: Once sent, the code will expire after 20 minute(s).
  7. In Enter the code, retrieve the code and enter the number.
    • Note: If on a private computer, you can select the 'Trust this device for 30 days' checkbox to you remembered on this device for 30 days. 
  8. Click Submit.
