How do I resend the Welcome Email for CCH Axcess™ Portal Integrated with CCH Axcess® or CCH® ProSystem fx® Document?

Objectives
To resend the welcome email for new Portal users
Environment
CCH Axcess™ Portal Integrated with CCH Axcess® or CCH® ProSystem fx® Document
Procedure
CCH Axcess®:
- Launch CCH Axcess® Dashboard > Application Links > Firm Settings and Defaults > Portal > Email Queue.
- Select "Portal user created Welcome email" from the "Select an event to edit" dropdown list, enter the Client Sort Name in the Search box to the right and click the search button.
- As long as the email was sent within 14 days, you will be able find it and re-send it by finding the client, checking the box in the column for Resend Email Notification then click Resend
- Launch CCH Axcess® Dashboard > Application Links > Firm Settings and Defaults > Portal > Email Notifications > Select an event to edit.
- Select Portal User created Welcome email.
- At the bottom of the Email Content section, copy the Body information and paste it into a new email. The words that have the <> around them are key words. Those will not fill out so you will have to manually change those to the correct information in your email.
CCH® ProSystem fx® Document:
- CCH® ProSystem fx® Document Dashboard > Configuration > Portal > Portal > Email Queue.
