"Oklahoma Electronic Filing. Form 514, Part 4, Apportionment Formula, Total Percent. Line 5, must equal the sum of Lines 1(c) column C, Line 2(c) column C, and Line 3(c), column C. The Oklahoma Tax Commission disallows an amount in line 5, without a preceding amount in one of the aforementioned lines. Please check the government form for overrides."

Resolution
An issue was identified where the Oklahoma Electronic Filing Diagnostic 60173 was being generated erroneously. This diagnostic should issue when the amount on Form 514, Part 4, Apportionment Formula, Line 5 - Total Percent does not equaled the amounts from Lines 1c, 2c, and 3c, however, the diagnostic was issuing even when the amount on Line 5 equaled the Lines 1c, 2c, and 3c.
