What do I do if I forgot my password to CCH® ProSystem fx® Engagement or CCH® ProSystem fx® Workpaper Manager?

Resolution

In the newest versions of Engagement there is a "Forgot Password" link on the login screen that can send a reset password email to the email address registered to the login provided.  If you are on a previous version of Engagement you will need to reach out to an administrator that has access to the Engagement Administrator module on the server. They will need to go into your profile and update your password.
