Answer
The CCH® ProSystem fx® Document support team and the development team will continue to provide reasonable assistance for the 2019-4.1 version of CCH ProSystem fx Document. Earlier versions/releases are no longer supported.
Additional Information
The CCH® ProSystem fx® Document Product Management team announced Tuesday 28 June 2022 that after Sunday, August 31, 2024, all existing CCH ProSystem fx® Document (On-Premise) licenses will expire and firms will be unable to login to CCH ProSystem fx® Document (On-Premise) to view or access client or firm files.
This means that firms should begin planning as soon as possible to migrate their files from CCH® ProSystem fx® Document, because the ability to use the export function will no longer function after Sunday, August 31, 2024.
