Procedure
This video shows the process for adding a knowledge coach form to the engagement in CCH Axcess Knowledge Coach.
By default, all engagements include certain foundation forms(¹). As you work in an engagement, diagnostics and other guidance in Knowledge Coach might suggest that you need additional forms for the engagement. You can add forms from either the engagement view or another forms page.
To add forms to an engagement, do the following:
(¹) Forms that must be in your engagement to use other Knowledge Coach functionality. Foundation forms allow information and logic to flow between forms, drive the direction of the audit, and help determine the required areas for your audit. They are added by default to all new engagements.
By default, all engagements include certain foundation forms(¹). As you work in an engagement, diagnostics and other guidance in Knowledge Coach might suggest that you need additional forms for the engagement. You can add forms from either the engagement view or another forms page.
To add forms to an engagement, do the following:
- From either the engagement view or on another form page, click Add Forms (located on the right side of the screen).
- To locate the form to be added, do either of the following:
- Enter the index number for the form or key terms that might appear in the form names or form descriptions in the Search box.
- Note: All title names include the title year and industry name.
- Select an option from the Industry Title Selection list to see titles in that category.
- Note: You will not see the base title in the Industry List since forms are not inserted from the base title.
- Enter the index number for the form or key terms that might appear in the form names or form descriptions in the Search box.
- Click a category folder to display the forms contained in it.
- Select the check boxes for the forms you want to add. The form tags for selected forms shows at the bottom of the window.
- Tip: To view a description of a form, hover the mouse pointer over the form name or form tag.
- Click Finish.
- Note: The last form you had open before you added a form will re-open. If you opened Add Forms in a new tab or new window, the tab or window closes automatically.
