This feature is currently unavailable and will be available after the August update for Axcess Engagement. 

This video shows how to export forms from an engagements to PDF in CCH Axcess™ Knowledge Coach.


You can choose to export a single form or all the forms in an engagement to a PDF. You can then add the exported PDF to your CCH® ProSystem fx® Engagement engagement or other workpaper manager tool.

To export a single form, do the following:

1. On the All Engagements page, click the engagement to open it.
2. Click the name of the form you want to export to open.
3. Use the menu options in your browser to print the page to a PDF.
   • Note: Specific steps vary by browser. See the Help files for your browser for instructions.

To export all the forms for the engagement, do the following:

1. On the All Engagements page, click the engagement to open it.
2. Click  above the list.
3. Select the print options in your browser's print window.
   • Note: By default, the name of the PDF with be "Knowledge Coach _ .pdf." You can change the file name if needed.
4. Click Save.
