- Why does CCH Axcess™ Client Collaboration not allow me to create an Organizer?
- I cannot find the client's return when sending organizer in CCH Axcess Client Collaboration
- No prior-year return available.
- No prior year return available in CCH Axcess Client Collaboration
- 2019 Tax Return not found when creating a Organizer in CCH Axcess Client Collaboration
- I cannot find a specific return in the drop down when creating an request in CCH Axcess Client Collaboration
- When creating a request in Client Collaboration, the Organizer section says no prior year return available

Details
Several reasons can keep a client from being allowed to create an Organizer in CCH Axcess Client Collaboration:
- You must have a prior year return.
- The prior year Tax Return cannot be marked Yes on the option Suppress Pro Forma Processing.
- The prior year Tax Return cannot be password protected.
- Verify the Tax return title matches the Client ID in Client Manager example (2019I:{clientid}:V1)
- If the client has a , (comma) or & (And symbol) in the Client ID this will cause returns not to show up. (This will be resolved in future release)
