Objectives

  • I cannot find the client's return when sending organizer in CCH Axcess Client Collaboration
  • No prior-year return available.
  • No prior year return available in  CCH Axcess Client Collaboration
  • 2019 Tax Return not found when creating a Organizer in CCH Axcess Client Collaboration
  • I cannot find a specific return in the drop down when creating an request in  CCH Axcess Client Collaboration
  • When creating a request in Client Collaboration, the Organizer section says no prior year return available

Details

Several reasons can keep a client from being allowed to create an Organizer in CCH Axcess Client Collaboration:
  1. You must have a prior year return.
  2. The prior year Tax Return cannot be marked Yes on the option Suppress Pro Forma Processing.
  3. The prior year Tax Return cannot be password protected.
  4. Verify the Tax return title matches the Client ID in Client Manager example (2019I:{clientid}:V1)  
  5. If the client has a , (comma) or & (And symbol) in the Client ID this will cause returns not to show up.   (This will be resolved in future release)
