Procedure

Per notice IR-2020-58, the 2019 federal income tax filing deadline of April 15, 2020 has been automatically extended until July 15, 2020. As a result, the Research and Learning team is currently updating the Tax Calendar due dates for Federal Forms 1040, 1120, 1041, and the related extension requests and estimated payments; these changes will be picked up by the Workstream application within 24 - 48 hours after Research and Learning publishes the updates.  State jurisdictions that have reacted to the extension of the federal filing deadline are also in the process of being updated to the Tax Calendar and will continue to be updated as more states make similar changes.  Workstream will automatically update those additional form due date changes and recalculate impacted form due dates on projects within 24-48 hours after they are published on the tax calendar.
