Direct Debit. Per IRS requirements, when the electronic return is transmitted on or before (Mo/Da/Yr), the date for automatic withdrawal must also be on or before (Mo/Da/Yr). At the time of this release, the IRS and state taxing authorities have not updated their electronic filing system to allow payments up to July 15, 2020.
