Procedure

CCH iFirm Product Training Sessions: These live sessions cover the setup and basic use of your CCH iFirm product. Register for the class/classes that pertain to the module you purchased.

The Client Portal session covers the following topics:
  • Logging in as Admin
  • Setting up Firm Details
  • Adding additional users
  • Importing Contacts
  • Editing email templates
  • Setting up the Portal Homepage
  • Logging in as a user
  • Adding Contacts manually
  • Inviting clients to Portal
  • Uploading additional documents
  • Accessing Help

The Practice Management session covers the following topics:
  • Logging in as Admin
  • Setting up Firm Details
  • Adding additional users
  • Importing Contacts
  • Adding custom job types and statuses
  • Editing billing and email templates
  • Importing receivables and work in progress
  • Adding billing entities
  • Logging in as a user
  • Adding Contacts manually
  • Adding and working with jobs
  • Creating invoices and recording transactions
  • Running Reports
  • Accessing Help

Once you have accessed the registration page, complete the following steps to register for product training.
  1. Use the drop-down menu to select the date and time you would like to attend
  2. Enter your First and Last name, Email Address, and your Client ID Number (CID)
  3. Click Register at the bottom of the page to complete registration.
  • A confirmation notification will be sent to the email you provided

Contact Customer Education (SFS.CustomerEd@wolterskluwer.com) if you experience any issues registering or do not receive your confirmation email.
