CCH iFirm Product Training Sessions:
This live session will cover the following topics:
  • How to log in as Admin and as a general user
  • Setup Firm Details and how to access help features
  • How to create additional users and run reports
  • Import contact information using .CSV
  • Sync CCH iFirm with ATX or TaxWise
  • Import contacts from ATX or TaxWise and how to manually create contacts
  • Setup Practice Management-specific settings
  • Setup Client Portal-specific settings
  • Invite a client to use Client Portal
  • Upload and view documents in Client Portal
Once you have accessed the registration page, complete the following steps to register for product training.
  1. Use the drop-down menu to select the date and time you would like to attend
  2. Enter your First and Last name, Email Address, and your Client ID Number (CID)
  3. Click Register at the bottom of the page to complete registration.
  • A confirmation notification will be sent to the email you provided
