  1. How do I log into CCH Axcess™ AutoCheck?
Once your Axcess administrator or IT group has assigned you a license for CCH Axcess AutoCheck, you will receive an email with your account number, your user ID and your password. Use these to log into https://autocheck.cchaxcess.com to begin using AutoCheck. It is recommended to bookmark the URL for easy access.
 
  1. How do I set up a new user for CCH Axcess AutoCheck?
 
  1. Do I need to install Axcess if I am not the account administrator?
If you have not installed Axcess for other products, you will need to install it to be able to change proactively change your password. Your CCH Axcess password will expire every 90 days.
 
  1. How do I change my password?

  1. Can I roll forward or convert my Microsoft® Excel® version of the checklist?
There is no conversion from the prior desktop version to the cloud version of AutoCheck.
 
  1. When do the checklists for specific industries become available?
Beginning in August 2020, the financial statement disclosure checklists for each industry will be become available as the CCH Axcess™ Knowledge Coach title becomes available.
 
  1. What browsers are supported for CCH Axcess AutoCheck?
  • Google® Chrome™ is the recommended browser for this application
  • Mozilla® Firefox®
  • Microsoft® Edge
    • Note: Microsoft® Internet Explorer® is not supported.
 
  1. Does CCH Axcess AutoCheck support MFA?
Yes, multi-factor authentication is supported.
