To create a user profile for support.cch.com, do the following:

1. Go to https://support.cch.com/login/login.aspx.
2. Click on the Register here link in the Log In form.
3. Enter an email and click Next.
4. Completely fill out the form.
   • Note: The 'Add Your Account' field is required. You will need your account number, and the zip code that is associated with your billing address,  in order to complete the registration process.  When entering the Account Number, make sure to select the "add" button. 

• 2 Step Verification (Multi-Factor Authentication) is required. Select one of the options provided.
  • Note: You will be asked to verify your account using the option selected immediately after submitting this form.
• Confirm you have read and accepted the Terms of Use by checking the box provided.

5. When the form is completed, click Register.

• Note: Clicking Previous at this point removes all entries from the registration form.  

6. A message will display to let you know that an e-mail notification has been sent to the address provided during your registration.
   • Note: If Remember My E-Mail Address and Keep me logged in are checked, sign-in will not be required until after 30 days of inactivity unless you click the Logout link.

Additional Note: To access secured pages on the Support site, you need to link your user profile with your account number. For instruction on how to link an account to your user profile, please refer to How do I add an account to my profile?
