Unable to load certain areas or get 401 Unauthorized errors in CCH Axcess™ running in 64 bit

Symptoms
Certain areas of CCH Axcess™ will load a blank page or give an error. These areas can be but are not limited to:
- Practice - Accounts Receivable - Page will not load
- Practice - Billing and Invoicing - Page will not load
- Practice - Invoice Template editing - Receive Red box error that contains '401 Unauthorized'
- Workstream - Forms Search - Receive Red box error that contains '401 Unauthorized'
- Workstream - My Assignments Pane on the Dashboard - Continuously flashes Red error box

Cause
The machine is missing the required Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2017 Redistributable (x64) package Version 14.
Resolution
