What permissions do I need to be able to use CCH Axcess™ Client Collaboration?

Details

From the Application Links on the main Dashboard, under the Security section, click on Security Groups. 
You can either add the below permissions to an existing Security Group or Create a new Security Group for Client Collaboration users.

Firm Viewing Permissions:
  1. On the Administration Manager tab, expand the Firm section.
  2. Change the Firm Setup and List options to Grant in the View column.
Staff Viewing Permissions:
  1. On the Administration Manager tab, expand the Staff Manager section.
  2. On the Staff Profile row, choose Grant in the View column.
  3. Mark all other areas as Undefined except 1 other line. This line is up to the firm.  The option that shows the least information is the Teams line under Assignments.
Client Viewing Permissions:
  1. On the Administration Manager tab, expand the Client Manager section.
  2. Under the Client Profile section Grant View rights to the Client Profile line, and at least the Approved Client line.
Client Collaboration specific permissions:
  1. Go to the Client Collaboration tab.
  2. Expand the Dashboard section. On the Launch Client Collaboration line, set the View column with Grant permissions.
  3. Expand the Request Dashboard section. On the Client Request line, set the View column with Grant permissions.
