Input is on Common State/City, State/City, Common Data, General Information, Section 3, Box 3, General Basic Data, General, Boxes 14,15, 39, and Electronic Filing, Electronic Signatures section, Box 5."

Go to the General > Basic Data worksheet.
- Select Section 1 - General.
- In Line 14 - Corporation telephone number, enter applicable phone number.
- In Line 15 - Signing officer's title, enter applicable title.
- In Line 39 - S corporation's email address, enter a valid email address.
- Go to the Common State/City > State/City Common Data Worksheet.
- Select Section 1 - General Information.
- In Line 1 - State/City code, use the lookup value (double-click or press F4) to select NY.
- Select Section 3 - Corporate Records or Contact Information.
- In Line 3 - Other contact/signer name, enter an applicable name. First and last name is required.
- Calculate the return.
