Error message: There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again, (103:103) is received when trying to preview invoices in CCH® Axcess™ Practice

When trying to preview an invoice, the screen is blank and an error message pops up.
There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again, (103:103)

This error is due to a recent patch from Adobe released on 2/9/2021. Version 21.001.20135
Adobe is aware of this problem and they are looking into it. 

To resolve this error, close CCH Axcess and try uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat/Reader (whichever you have installed).

If this does not resolve the error, or if you subsequently receive the error: The Acrobat PDF browser is missing, please refer to this article with information about The Acrobat PDF browser plug-in is missing.
