The following settings are needed within Internet Options for CCH® ProSystem fx® and CCH Axcess™ applications. Close all internet browsers before making these changes.

TLS

To allow connection to any CCH secure sites, "TLS" must be enabled.

Trusted Sites and ActiveX

1. Click the search option (Magnifying Glass) on the desktop.
2. Search for Internet Options and click on it.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click Trusted sites.
5. Click on the Sites button.
6. Uncheck Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone
7. Add to websites section by typing and clicking Add for each of the following sites:
   • *.cch.com
   • *.cchgroup.com
   • *.cchaxcess.com
   • *.prosystemfx.com
   • *.my1040data.com
   • *.wkfastforms.azurewebsites.net
   • az650297.vo.msecnd.net
   • az688053.vo.msecnd.net
      
8. Check Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone
9. Click Close.
10. Click Custom level...
11. Scroll to the third section ActiveX controls and plug-ins.
12. Click Disable under Allow ActiveX Filtering
13. Click OK and OK again.

Pop Ups

To allow printing and pop-up windows needed for tax:

1. Click the search option (Magnifying Glass) on the desktop.
2. Search for Internet Options and click on it.
3. Click the Privacy tab.
4. Click Pop-up Blocker > Settings.
5. Add to the "Allowed sites section" by typing and clicking Add for each of the following sites:
   • *.cch.com
   • *.cchaxcess.com
   • *.cchgroup.com
   • *.prosystemfx.com
   • *.my1040data.com
6. Click Close.
