To Skip the eFile process in CCH Axcess Workflow you can select the Eliminate eFile Steps in the Shipping Section in the Control Sheet. 

To Eliminate eFile Steps  

• Click Eliminate eFile Steps.
• When you click Eliminate eFile Steps, the Deliverable Status changes to Complete.
• You can then click Move to Completed to move a Task to Completed Status. 

You can undo the ‘Eliminate eFile Steps’ by clicking on the ‘Clear History’ button on the Shipping Section in the Control Sheet. 

To Undo Eliminate eFile Steps:

1. Go to the Shipping Section of the task
2. Select the required Deliverable
3. Click on ‘Clear History’ button

Note:

• Clearing Shipping information will remove all the details which have already been updated in the Shipping section. Please copy the information prior to clearing the history.
• There is currently no specific User Setting to disable the “Eliminate eFile Steps’ option alone if a user has the ‘Manage Shipping’ user rights, they can access the Eliminate eFile Steps’ on the Shipping Section.
