Procedure
Clearing the History in the Shipping Sections allows you to correct any incorrect information that you may have entered.
To Clear History:
Note:
To Clear History:
- Go to Shipping section of the task
- Select the Deliverables that is marked as completed
- Click on ‘Clear History’ button
- This will change back the Deliverables Status of the task
Note:
- Using the ‘Clear History’ button on the Shipping Section will clear all the information for the Deliverables in the Shipping and eFile Section. If you would like to copy any information from it, please copy it before clearing the History.
