To turn off email notifications in CCH Axcess Workflow.

Procedure

If you don’t want to receive the email notification in CCH Axcess™ Workflow, please unmark the email checkbox for the respective status under the Manage Workflow Statuses utility. You can turn off email notification for the workflow statuses under Manage Workflow Statuses utility. This is a Firm Wide Setting

To turn off email notifications, do the following:
  1. Go to Manage Workflow Statuses utility.
  2. Select the required Category (Example: Tax).
  3. Clear the eMail option (under eMail column) for the required statuses (eFile).
  4. Scroll down the page and click Save to apply changes.
  5. Log out of the current session and  back in to see the changes.
