Why is the Xpitax Document in the Documents section not downloading?

- Xpitax Outsourcing
- Documents
Answer
All documents contained within the Xpitax – Outsourced Upload/Download Files Section on the Task Control Sheet is accessible from the internet for 30 days. Once the 30 days period has passed, the link is no longer active.
It needs to be restored by the Outsourcing team in order for you to download it.
