Can I move a task back to the 'No Info In' status in CCH Axcess Workflow?

There is currently no option available in CCH Axcess Workflow to move a task back to the 'No Info In' status. If the task is moved out of the No Info In Status, the task will be considered as 'In Process' and there is no possibility of moving the task back to No Info In Status.

The only way is to delete and create a brand new task. For deleting a task, it should only be in 'No Info In', 'No Longer Task/To be deleted', 'NLC' or 'Recurring' statuses. Then move the task to 'No Longer Task/To be deleted' or 'NLC' statuses and delete the task using "Delete Tasks & Purge Data" utility.
 
Otherwise, you could move the task to the “Unassigned" status and then move it back to the required status at the proper time.
