To disable a user in CCH Axcess Workflow.

Procedure
There is currently no option available in CCH Axcess Workflow to delete the users permanently, but you can disable the user using the ‘Disable Users’ option under the Manage Users utility.

- On the My View page, click the Utility Gear
. - Go to Manage Users utility.
- Select the appropriate user.
- Click Disable Users to mark the user as inactive.
