 Notes
  • The first time you open a file that was created from a batch import, you will be prompted to review and print the exceptions noted during the conversion of asset data.
  • If a ProSystem fx Fixed Assets file already exists with the same file name and contains asset information, it will be skipped during the batch conversion. If you wish to overwrite the data, please check the box to Overwrite data in existing files.
  • User Defined Batch Import requires all User Defined Data files are formatted with the same columns, in the same order, with the same headings and types of data. This allows a single map file to be defined and utilized for the import of all the data files.
