"Call to GLBridgeConvert() failed" when using GL Bridge, GL Direct and Dynalink.

Symptoms

Receiving error "Call to GLBridgeConvert() failed" when doing functions associated with Gl Bridge, GL Direct and Dynalink.

Environment

CCH® ProSystem fx® Tax
CCH® ProSystem fx® Engagement
CCH Axcess™ Tax
 

Cause

Full functioning of these processes will not be available until the .02010 release each year if there are any changes to the tax codes.

Resolution

The error: Call to GLBridgeConvert() failed is resolved on the 2021.02000 release, but the transfer from GL to Tax or GL Bridge/Dynalink may not work completely as expected for the new tax codes until the .02010.  It is best to wait to use these feature until the .02010 release comes out if there are tax code changes.
