We have identified an error message that appears when attempting to upload any file to CCH Axcess™ Document. This error message is not preventing the upload of the files, nor is it preventing the ability to edit, preview, copy, move, or publish the files. If the error message is not impacting your ability to upload and manage files in CCH Axcess™ Document, it can safely be ignored. We are actively investigating the cause of the error message to remediate the issue as soon as possible.
