New in this Release - Taxpayer/Client User Updates

Guided Taxpayer Walkthroughs
To improve the client onboarding experience, Client Collaboration now includes several guided walkthroughs for client users. These walkthroughs display automatically and include all the information your clients need to know to get up and running quickly with Client Collaboration:
  • Introduction to the Client Collaboration Hub - provides a brief overview of the Client Collaboration user interface.
  • Task List - provides clients with an overview of their task list and tracks their own progress.
  • Organizer Overview - provides clients with a brief tutorial of the organizer components and tracks their organizer progress.
  • Questionnaire - familiarizes clients with the components of the questionnaire portion of the organizer.
  • Document Request List - introduces clients to the document request list portion of the organizer.
  • Document Locker - provides an overview of the Document Locker components and when to use it.
  • Messages - provides clients with a brief overview of the Messages module for secure two-way messaging.

Client Learning Center
A new Client Learning Center has been added to provide in-app assistance for your clients. Currently, the Learning Center includes access to client Guided Walkthroughs and a Video Library of short tutorials that explain how to use Client Collaboration in more detail. Clients will now see a new question mark icon in the lower-right corner of the screen. Upon clicking the question mark icon, the Learning Center will be displayed.
