Resolution
- Recalculate and resubmit returns which received F1120S-273.
- As of July 1st, 2022, returns that were previously rejected for F1120S-273 are now being accepted.
- This reject code involves Schedule K-2 which the IRS did not have available in production for 1120S until 7/24/2022.
