The following are the current minimum system requirements for CCH Axcess™ Data Axcess Utility.
Supported Operating Systems
- Microsoft® Windows® 10 64-bit Pro or Enterprise
- Microsoft® Windows® 11 64-bit Pro or Enterprise
- Microsoft® Windows® Server 2019
- Microsoft® Windows® Server 2022
Regional Settings
- English (United States) is required for all Operating Systems
- Short date should be mm/dd/yyyy
- Note: Theses settings must be in place before the SQL instance is installed.
Memory
- Required:
- 8GB of RAM or higher dedicated to CCH Data Axcess Utility.
- Recommended:
- 16GB of RAM when other applications are running on the same machine, for example, Microsoft® PowerBI®.
Processor
- 64-bit Quad core or higher processors using AMD x86-64 or Intel® Core processors
.NET Framework
- Required:
- Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.7.2
- Recommended:
- Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.8
Internet Browser
- Microsoft® Edge
Database
- Microsoft® SQL Server® 2017 or 2019.
- Database server should reside on the same computer as the utility.
