The Data Axcess Utility Job Monitor Report provides DAU job history information to DAU users who do not have access to the computer on which Data Axcess Utility Manager is installed. The report uses Microsoft® Power BI® to connect to the Job History information displayed in Data Axcess Utility Manager.

Overview
- Most Recent Job by Entity
- Displays information about the most recent DAU sync. Each line represents an entity in the DAU database.
- Job Start
- Displays the date and time the most recent job started for the selected entity.
- Last Process Date
- Displays the date and time the most recent job was processed for the selected entity.
- Recent Job Failures
- Lists the tables that failed to sync over the past seven days with additional information that may help troubleshoot the failure.
- Job Failures Over Time
- A line graph that tracks the number of job failures month-by-month.
Two dropdown menus are provided to filter the data on this page. These include Job Status and Entity Name.
Job History Details
- This page displays the same information found in the Most Recent Sync by Entity table in the Overview page, but over a period of time. Use the Run Date controls to select the date range for this report.
