The following message is displayed when opening CCH Axcess™
Environment
- CCH Axcess™
Cause
This message is expected when there are four or more updates available for one or more installed CCH Axcess products. On a computer where CCH Axcess is not used routinely, reinstalling is the most reliable way to get CCH Axcess updated to the latest version.
Resolution
You may experience this message:
NOTE:
- After starting CCH Axcess, if Install Updates Automatically is selected in the Install and Update Manager preferences.
- After clicking Start Update while CCH Axcess is starting.
- After clicking Start Update in Install and Update Manager.
NOTE:
- You may run this reinstall process if you are not an administrator on this computer. However, if you use other steps to uninstall then you must elevate to administrator privileges to install again.
- Do not open Microsoft® Outlook® not Microsoft® Word while the reinstall is running.
