Procedure

Edit Information for a Single User

You can edit an individual user's information either on the Manage User's page or on the User Details page.

  • Edit user details inline on the Manager Users page:
  1. Click the Utilities Menu button in the upper right corner of the window to open the Utilities menu.
  2. Click Manage Users under User Utilities to open the Manage Users page.
  3. Locate the user in the list. 
  4. Double-click inside a field that you want to edit. 
  5. Enter the changes or select from a list of values as is relevant to the field.
  6. Click out of the field.
  7. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
  • Edit user details on the user details page:
  1. Click the Utilities Menu button in the upper right corner of the window to open the Utilities menu.
  2. Click Manage Users under User Utilities to open the Manage Users page.
  3. Locate and click on the first name of the user to open the User Details page.
  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Editing Information for Multiple Users at One Time

The following information can be updated for multiple CCH Axcess Workflow users at one time:

  • Primary Location
  • Task Locations
  • Pinned Views for MyView
  • Title/Level
  • Niche Group
  • Primary Role
  • IP Address Restriction Range
  • Department
  • User Group
  • Default MyView View
  • Industry Group
  • Expertise
  • Secondary Role

 
​​​​​​Use the following procedure to edit information for multiple CCH Axcess Workflow users at one time. 
  1. Click the Utilities Menu button in the upper right corner of the window to open the Utilities menu.
  2. Click Manage Users under User Utilities to open the Manage Users page.
  3. Select the check boxes for the user you want to edit in bulk.
  4. Click Bulk Edit above the list.
  5. Make the necessary changes.
  6. Click Update.
