Objectives

Learn how to uninstall AutoXIS.

Environment

  • XCM
  • AutoXIS
  • CCH Axcess Workflow

Procedure

Uninstall AutoXIS

AutoXIS should automatically install and then upgrade itself when a new version is available. However, if there are problems, the steps below will remove the existing install and allow a fresh automatic download (does not apply to ServerXIS installs).

1. Stop XISService if it is running − either from the Windows Task Manager Process tab or by selecting Exit from the XIS Icon on the Carat (^) on the Taskbar.

2. Uninstall the Workflow Integration Service from Control Panel - Programs and Features (it may also be named Workflow Integration Service - 1).

Go to Programs and Features.

  • C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\XCM Solutions
  • C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0
  • C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\XCM Solutions
