How do I assign CCH Axcess™ iQ licenses to users in CCH Axcess?

There are two ways an administrator can add licensing to a staff member.

Option 1

  1. Open CCH Axcess Dashboard.
  2. Under Staff, click Staff Manager.
  3. Select the staff member to add licensing to and click Open.
  4. On the left, under Assignments, click Licenses/Product Access.
  5. Select the checkbox for CCH Axcess iQ.
  6. Click Save & Close.

Option 2

  1. Open CCH Axcess Dashboard.
  2. Under Security, click Licensing and product access.
  3. In the Available Staff box on the left, select the staff member.
  4. In the Available licenses box on the right, select CCH Axcess iQ.
  5. Using the arrows between the two boxes, click the single arrow that is pointing to the right.
  6. Click Apply.
  7. Click OK.
Note: Your firm must be licensed for CCH Axcess iQ
