- What rights or permissions are needed for CCH Axcess Engagement and CCH Axcess Validate in Axcess Dashboard?

Answer
There are two ways to give the required permissions or rights for Axcess Engagement and Axcess Validate in Axcess Dashboard.
OR
- Open and sign in to CCH Axcess Dashboard.
- Select Application links > staff manager.
- Double click the desired staff member's profile.
- Select "Security Groups" under the "Assignments" tab.
- Create a new security group and change the 'View' option to "Grant."

- Check the "Full Rights" checkbox for each staff on their profile page.
- Save.
- Check the "Full Rights" checkbox.
- Select Security Groups.
- Double click on staff to launch their Staff Profile.
- Select Staff on bottom left corner.
- Launch CCH Axcess Dashboard.
- Create a new security group and change the 'View' option to "Grant."
- Launch CCH Axcess Dashboard and log in as an Admin user.
- Select Staff on bottom left corner.
- Double click on staff to launch their Staff Profile.
- Select Security Groups.
- Select New Group.
- Select Functional Rights.
- Click Client Manager.
- Change the 'View' option to "Grant" for all.
- Check the "Full Rights" checkbox for each staff on their profile page.
