Cause

Entering multiple 1099-Q forms causes the specific error of PDF Error Missing PDF(s) QEPD Worksheet.

Resolution

Close completely out of the Axcess application.
Save the attached cch.print.printing.dll to C:\Program Files(x86)\WK\ProSystem fx Suite\Smart Client\SaaS
Relaunch CCH Axcess.
Export return previously receiving missing PDF error.
Return should export successfully to electronic filing.
If error still occurs, please reboot your workstation and try to export again.

Note: This patch is planned to be to be implemented within the application with the 2021-3.4 release, due out 4/24.
