How do I print a Massachusetts Form 33X in an amended Individual return using worksheet view?
The official form for filing a Massachusetts amended return is MA Form CA-6 - Application for Abatement/Amended Return.
- The tax program generates Form 33X for accountant's use only. It is not a fileable form.
To force the printing of an updated version of Form 33X in the accountant's copy only:
- Under Tax Authority or the State tab, go to Mass.
- Go to the Massachusetts > General worksheet.
- Select section 5 - Options.
- In line 9 - Print Form 33X in accountant's copy, enter a check.
- Calculate the return.
