• Locate the product purchased, upgrading or updating.
  • There may be more than one entry for the product. 
• Some products, such as CCH ProSystem fx Tax, have different versions for different tax years.
  • This will be reflected in the "Version" column.
  • For example, CCH ProSystem fx Tax release 2013.04010 is for the 2013 tax year.
• Check the description to see if there is an installer designed specifically for upgrading.
  • If not, the same download will work to upgrade or install for the first time.
  • The release notes will provide detailed information about each version.
