You can select a standard letterhead or your own picture file, provided it meets the specifications required for correspondence letters. The files must be 1 MB or less per letterhead section and can be TIFF or TIF, JPEG or JPG, GIF, PNG, or BMP.

Note: When importing letter templates in Correspondence Manager, all standard image file types supported by Word are accepted.

You can upload a header, footer, and left side margin file to include as part of the letterhead, provided they meet the following specifications:

• Header height: 1.50”
• Header width: 8.5”
• Left margin height: 8.75”
• Left margin width: 1.0”
• Footer height: 0.75”
• Footer width: 8.5”
