Use https://support.cch.com/ticket to go directly to the page to open a ticket with Support, or use the steps below to open a support case by browsing from the support.cch.com homepage.

1. Go to https://support.cch.com.
2. In the Open a Case box, click Click Here.
   • You can also hover over I want to... and click Open a support case.
3. If you are not currently logged into support.cch.com, you will be prompted to log in now.
   • If you have not created a user for the support.cch.com website before, click to find out how to create a user for the support.cch.com website.
4. After logging in, the Open a support case page appears. In the list, select the type of issue you want to contact Support about.
5. Enter information in the applicable fields. When complete, click Open Case.
