You wish to change your User ID (e-mail address).  Before you change your e-mail address:

• Go to http://intelliconnect.cch.com and enter your (old) e-mail address and password
• Click on Preferences in the upper right hand corner
• Click on the My Profile tab
• Click on Edit
• Enter your current password
• Under Change User ID: Enter your new User ID (e-mail address) in the New User ID box and the Confirm box
• Click on OK
