If the password to the default ADMIN login has been forgotten, there are a few steps that can be attempted to recover the Admin module access.

• Any member of the ADMIN staff group in Engagement or Workpaper Manager can log into the Administrator Module and change the password for the default Admin user.
• Try the "Forgot Password" feature of any Engagement or Workpaper Manager workstation's login screen:
  • This feature should work for any user that has an an email has been registered to the user staff account in their user profile. 
  • This feature will send a temporary password to the email registered to the staff account user profile.

• If an email address has not set up for the ADMIN user:
  • Try ADMIN with no password.
  • If you get a message that the password is incorrect, contact support for further assistance.

  • Once a new ADMIN password has been established it is recommended that an email is added to the ADMIN profile to establish the "Forgot Password" functionality for it.
