Symptoms

I selected the bank for approval but when my client tries to approve, they get an error message.

Cause

Occasionally, the bank connection is temporarily unavailable. 

Resolution

Retry the approval in 24 hours. If your client continues to experience issues, please contact CCH Axcess Validate support.
