How do I reopen a closed case with Support on the website?

The video below shows how to reopen a case with Support that has previously been closed.

If Support provides an answer that we believe resolves the issue and closes the case, you can reopen the case if you need further assistance.

  1. Go to
  2. Click Log In and log in with your Support site credentials.
  3. On the banner, select Support Cases and then My support cases.
  4. Click Closed cases.
  5. Find the case that you want to reopen, click the case number to view the case.
  6. Click Re-Open to reopen and respond to the support case. Add a comment and files, if necessary, then click Re-open case.
  7. The case will reopen and Support will respond to the case.
