Learn how to add new clients or entities to CCH Axcess Workflow.
 

Environment

CCH Axcess Workflow

Procedure

1. In the Utilities section, select Manage Clients/Entities under Client/Entity/Group Utilities.

2. Click Add Client/Entity button at the top right to add new row to the grid

3. Provide details relating to the client/entity in the following required fields:

  • Client/Entity Type (Individual or Entity)
  • Name
  • Fiscal Year End

4. Click Save to add the Client/Entity.

5. Click on the Role iconimage.png  at the far right of the new client row

  • Assign users for Roles as needed. (Responsible Person (top role) is required)
  • Click Save to update role assignments
