Procedure

Restore Deleted Tasks

The Restore Deleted Tasks feature is used to restore Tasks that have been recently deleted.

From the Utilities menu, select Delete/Purge Utilities > Restore Deleted Tasks.

To restore a deleted Task:
  1. In the Restore Deleted Tasks page, specify the criteria such as Last Name/Entity Name, Originating Location, Account Number, Type of Task and Current Location to search for tasks that you want to restore.
  2. Click Search to display the tasks with the given search criteria.
    The deletion information is displayed in the columns Deleted By and Deleted On.
  3. Select the check box beside the task(s) that need to be restored.
  4. Click Restore to recover the deleted tasks in CCH Axcess Workflow.
NOTE:  CCH Axcess Workflow permanently deletes all Tasks within the Restore Deleted Tasks Utility automatically on the 1st  business day of every month, the search results will display only those Tasks that have not been permanently deleted. For example, if a user runs a search at the beginning of the month, the user will not be able to see the Tasks that were seen in the last week.

Export Deleted Tasks

You can download the tasks that are displayed as a result of the search when you click Export to Excel.
