Environment

  • XCM

Procedure

When a user is disabled, the user status will show as Inactive. 

To change the status of an individual user, do the following:
  1. Click the Utilities Menu button in the upper right corner of the window to open the Utilities menu.
  2. Click Manage Users under User Utilities.
  3. Double-click in the User Status column for the user.
  4. Select the status you want to apply to the user.
  5. Click outside the User Status column to apply the change.
  6. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
To disable or enable several users in bulk, do the following:
  1. Click the Utilities Menu button in the upper right corner of the window to open the Utilities menu.
  2. Click Manage Users under User Utilities.
  3. Select the check boxes for users who you want to disable or enable.
    • Note: All the selected users should have the same user status.
  4. Click Disable Users to make the users inactive or Enable Users to make the users active.
