Procedure
When a user is disabled, the user status will show as Inactive.
To change the status of an individual user, do the following:

- Click the button in the upper right corner of the window to open the Utilities menu.
- Click Manage Users under User Utilities.
- Double-click in the User Status column for the user.
- Select the status you want to apply to the user.
- Click outside the User Status column to apply the change.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
- Click the button in the upper right corner of the window to open the Utilities menu.
- Click Manage Users under User Utilities.
- Select the check boxes for users who you want to disable or enable.
- Note: All the selected users should have the same user status.
- Click Disable Users to make the users inactive or Enable Users to make the users active.
